Our office spaces are an excellent base for businesses of all sizes. The centre houses 24 high quality, bright, spacious office spaces, ranging in size between 500 and 1400 sq. ft across three floors.

We have all your meeting needs covered. Our large meeting room accommodates up to 25 people seated in theatre style and doubles as an excellent training facility. We also have two smaller meeting spaces for teams of between six to eight people.

Turnmill Engineering, based at Washington Business Centre, works with businesses and individuals to help bring new products to market and improve production processes.

The company moved to the centre after being introduced to the office space by Sunderland City Council’s business investment team and being impressed by its flexibility and its ability to accommodate its future growth plans.
